Poker Million VII is a popular TV series tournament and Landbrokes Poker announced that there will be some changes in the series this year. They want to make it easier for players to qualify for the tournament.

It’s one of Europe’s richest poker tournaments and now it returns for the 7th year. The first one of this long group of tournaments began in November 2000 on the Isle of Man. 30 million viewers watched the show and witnessed the final when John Duthie, a former English TV Director, won the first prize, $ 1 Million. Last year Howard Lederer won the first prize and two years ago it was Mel Judah.

First only the winners of the 12 televised Landbrokes Poker would participate on the Semi Final, now Landbrokes Poker offers 4 more seats at the Semi Final. These seats come from; an online freeroll, the players have the chance for the first time ever to win a direct seat at the Semi Final.

The “Chase the Chair” promotion gives the players the chance to chase for a seat at the Semi Final. Then the televised “Second Chance” Tourney, which is a turbo Single Table Tournament, which allows all Runner ups to battle it out for 2 seats at the Semi Final.
