New season for NBC : Poker After Dark
The popular series of Poker After Dark (PAD) it’s having its 4th season on NBC. This series offers a mix of poker’s biggest names in six-handed freezeouts. The first episode of the forth season will begin with high-stakes, no-limit cash game play, that’s the innovation of the first three seasons.
The show is going to be full of impressive talents. One of these is the 21 year old online turned live play phenomenon, Tom Dwan, called also “durrrr”. Then there are Phil Hellmuth, Allen Cunningham, Mike Baxter, David “Viffer” Peat and the last one is the Cirque du soleil CEO Guy Laliberte.
Hellmuth and Dwan have a poker history on NBC since the National Heads-Up Poker Championship. Dwan defeated Hellmuth in 3 hands; it was the shortest match in the NHUPC history.
Well now the minimum buy-in is $100,000 and the maximum is $250,000, for the rebuys the minimum is $ 50,000.
A new host is going to be n the new season, it’s Leeann Tweeden.

A second week of cash-game action will be shown in fall on PDA. In fall there will be these players: EliElezra, Dee Tiller, Doyle Brunson, Howard Lederer, Patrik Antonius and Gabe Kaplan.
Hopefully the fourth season is going to be as successful as the first three ones, or even better.
