The decision about opening this poker room has been taken by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
The General Manager of Trump Plaza, Jim Rigot, said that he is very happy about the opening of the PokerPro room, and that for Trump Plaza it’s an exciting milestone, because many local players expressed their interest about it. It’s going to be definitely the first premier poker of a long series in Atlantic City.


The CEO of PokerTek, Chris Halligan, is very much excited about the opening too, he also claimed that the players will definitely like this new kind of poker, because the automated poker at Trump Plaza offers many advantages such as competitive player computers, a lower rake and the room offers a great playing atmosphere and high-end amenities.
