The Quebec Court (Canada) has pleaded guilty Golden Palace Casino (released by Casino Blaster, part of Cyber Group World), for illegal gambling activity, and condamned to pay out $2 million cash.

The game is hosted on a server based in Kahnawake, the Mohak Indian Reserve located across Montreal on the south of the St. Laurent River in Quebec.

Joe Delaronde, Kahnawake's band council member, declared have hosted (and gaming licenses issued) over 350 online casino. The Mohawks are protected by rights of independence from provinces, and since 1999 they are one of the most known and certified gambling jurisdiction.
